My kids live for their birthdays and always find cakes that they would like me to make them. This year, my now 4 year old asked for a mermaid cake and found a picture with mermaid tails sticking out. So, that's what we made!

The cake was a raspberry and white chocolate cake with a Swiss meringue buttercream, white chocolate drip, white chocolate mermaid tails, meringue kisses and a whole lot of fun!

When you need to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays, interchangeable numbers is the way to go! As it was only a small gathering for a 40th and 70th, we could just swap the 4 and 7 when needed.

These number cookie cakes are made up of a thin, delicate biscuit base, filled with lemoncurd cheesecake, topped with fresh berries, macarons, meringue and fresh flowers. Great for summer days.

Not currently taking cake orders at the moment (only cookies and cupcakes) but had to share today's delivery. Happy 50th birthday to a real Ironman! Crossing the '50' line is nowhere near the finish line for this legend. Inside the story is a smooth, creamy caramel mud with caramilk and salted caramel ganache.

Just a carrot cake....no problem ☺️ this delicious 5 layer carrot cake was rich with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves, paired with a smooth fluffy cream cheese frosting. Can't go wrong! Great idea to replace party bags- take home cookies - these ones had a hint of rose water.

What a cake. I had so much fun making this surfer cake for Leigh's 40th Birthday! Perfect venue for it at URBNSURF Tullamarine! This 4 layer masterpiece is made up of a delicious caramel mud filled with a smooth, balanced, salt flaked caramel buttercream, covered by a shiny, silky mirrored glaze. To finish it off, there are a number of rice paper waves, a fondant surfboard and acrylic cake topper thanks to Creativegiftideas.au

I know/have known too many people who have battled with cancer, some coming out the other side and too many who painstakingly didn't. Some see 'Dry July' as a bit of fun or to feel healthier, but for me, giving up drinking for a month is nothing compared to what people affected by cancer go through. The real challenge will be to raise as much money as I can to help as many people affected by cancer as possible. Please donate to this worthy cause ❤️
