Two Rams Melbourne Two Rams is a Melbourne-based business specialising in exquisitely decorated home-baked goods. Wheth Cakes can be naked, semi nude, or fully frosted.

Whether it‘s a wedding, birthday or baby shower, Two Rams will thoughtfully design, bake and style a unique creation for your special occasion.

I communicate extensively with every client to ensure their vision is absolutely achieved and the end product is a bespoke, one-off creation.

In terms of flavours, nothing is out of the question.... I love working together with clients to create unique

tastes, just for their big day... However... my current favourites are: Queen of Sheba (chocolate, almond, brandy, coffee and date torte); Persian love (spiced and salted caramel mud); Pistachio, coconut and rosewater; Raspberry white chocolate; Flourless Middle Eastern orange and spiced Hawaiian carrot cake.

I prefer to work with Swiss Meringue Buttercream to achieve the look you desire - whether it's rustic gorgeousness, elegant sophistication or vintage fun. I love embellishing with foraged fleur, gold leaf, salted caramel drip, dripping white/dark chocolate ganache, torched meringue, gold lustred fruit and candies, blitzed honeycomb, crushed nuts, freeze dried fruit and edible dried fleur.
