This chocolate dripped sponge cake is filled with 2 layers of strawberries n 1 layer of chocolate ganache.
Decorated with self made Macarons n stored bought sweet popcorn.

I am glad that my skill doesn't go Rusty 😅.

Ps- I used Lurkpak unsalted butter.
French butter is definitely better as it contains more than 80% fat.

This is a 2 days process work.. I will do a 3 days process next time..which will give a more aroma n taste.
