A little information about the cake...
I flew from Brisbane to Townsville to make this cake in under 24 hours. 8 layers of Choc Mud with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The Zombie Hand and Heart were made from Modelling Chocolate... I made them in advance and was surprisingly easy to do 🧟‍♀️

Had the absolute pleasure of making this Wedding Cake for and her Husband. This fabulous design was inspired by . My love for Wafer Paper really came alive in this creation. It wouldn’t be anything without the amazing addition of Sugar Flowers from Karin, - you are a creative genius! Oh and let’s not forget about the little Sprinkles Doggo figurine on the side... also by Karin.

I got to make a birthday cake and I knew it had to be dark, eerie, elegant and somewhat weird... this what happened. Layers upon layers of White Mud and Raspberry Buttercream. Black Ganache. Vintage Framing and a Glorious Solid Chocolate Skull 💀
