Meet Miranda and Lawrence from Andrews Gourmet Bakery. As brother and sister, they grew up coming to the Vic Market with their parents who bought the bakery in the late 1980s. Whilst their parents were hard at work, the Vic Market became their playground until they started working part-time in the bakery during the school holidays. They have over 20 Melbourne based suppliers who deliver fresh bread every market day and specialise in authentic NY Boiler Bagels, a variety of middle eastern breads, pure artisan stoneground breads and the largest Gluten Free and wheat free range in the market.
