Only one day to go until we are back at Preston Market! Pies available from 9am will be:

- Steak & Rosemary – Chunky steak slow cooked in Guinness
- Steak & Cheese – as above with a slab of sharp cheddar
- Plain Pie – Hand-minced Australian rump in a classic gravy
- Mince & Cheese – A Kiwi favourite, classic minced rump with added sharp cheddar
- Country Chicken – Shredded roast chicken with vegetables and a creamy sauce
- Chilli Bean – Mildly spiced chilli beans with dollop of sour cream (V)
- Broccoli, Leek & Gorgonzola (V)

Christmas is almost here and we've been enjoying some time off, focussing on making and baking for our friends and family.

Thank you everyone who supported us in 2016. We are currently on the hunt for a more permanent place to set up shop but rest assured, delicious Coffyns & Traps homemade pies will be back, bigger and better in 2017.
