Our handmade babà is soaked in strawberry syrup, filled with silky strawberry custard, glazed with a strawberry chantilly and finished with a white chocolate plate. Soft, delicate and packed with flavour in every bite.

Frolla is softer and smoother. Made with a shortcrust style pastry so it’s more delicate, almost melt in your mouth🤎

Riccia is the crispy layered one. Flaky, golden and crunchy with that signature shell that shatters when you bite into it🤍

Same traditional filling, completely different experience.
We make both fresh by hand every single day at Pulcinella Cafe and it’s not something you can rush. It takes years of training and technique to get it right✨
