BEST THINGS I ATE/MADE in December ✨ happy merry festive season to you all! A full year of these posts!! Does anyone still read/like these? Should I continue in the new year…?
1-2. pork tongue and chicken skewers respectively. Perfectly charred, juicy, tender, balanced bites. We had an incredible sparkling rosé which was also 1000/10. Can’t wait to be back soon.
3-4. No, actually I won’t stop talking about how incred the .albertozzz power duo is. Vanilla sponge, calamansi curd, salted honey cake
5. classic two-scoopers: black sesame and hojicha; Fuji apple and lychee pocari sweat. Always hits. Highly recommend this combo for first timers!
6. mushroom melt was 🤤 and worth the 45 min wait at the CBD store !!
7-8. legendary roti riser (fried egg took it to 11), the pan rolls were DELICIOUS… and a daily special milo mousse (!!!!!) need I say more?! (Yaps with also contributed to how incredible this meal was obv)
9, 11. IM LUCKY TO BE UR FRIEND I KNOW. Mushroom larb (super lime-y, herb-y, can’t stop at just one bite-y type of yum) and salted honey ice cream which we kind abut not really intentionally matched for dessert. Love your work my guy
10. Feast at mahjong night incl very tender perfect soy sauce chicken and roast pork by my friend Vincenzo annnnnd great lil rice noodle side salad by my friend Bevvo
12. Rare beef pho at a place I am gatekeeping until I have another two meals at least before it gets crazy. (Sorry, not sorry) Best pho soup I’ve had in a really long time
13. Cinnamon scrolls (recipe coming soon maybe perhaps) with cream cheese icing
