Introducing Nathan 💫

Over the last year, Nathan has become an essential member of the café staff, he’s an expert in both customer service and in the kitchen, and he’s the driving force behind our Posh Toast 🫶

Originally from Vietnam, Nathan migrated to Australia five years ago to finish his degree in Information Technology, and when he’s not at the café or studying, he uses his tech whiz skills to take on coding projects!

Whether he’s in front of a computer or in the café, Nathan brings the same precision and attention to detail to all of his endeavours, and we’re very lucky to have him on the team 💙💛

Her strength, perseverance, love and care is an inspiration to her family and to all of us at the Swedish Baker. Just as she devotes herself to her children, Geeti pours her warmth into every loaf and welcomes every friend, employee and customer with a genuine kindness 💐

Meet Mimmi ✨

Mimmi has been an integral part of the café family for quite a while now, bringing warmth, dedication and a genuine care for everyone who walks through the door.

Originally from Söderköping, Sweden, she made the move to Australia in 2018 to be with her wonderful partner - and we’re very lucky she did.

Outside of the café, Mimmi works as a nurse in an urgent care clinic, a role that speaks to her naturally caring nature and quiet strength. Whether she’s behind the bakery counter or in scrubs, she brings the same kindness, attention and reliable presence to everything she does ✨❣️

After joining our farmers market team in Febuary of 2025, Marni has become an integral member of the Inner West Swedish Baker team, and has recently stepped up as co-manager of the cafe 🌟

Studying social work alongside working at the bakery, Marni brings a warm and enthusiastic approach to every interaction she has, always serving good vibes, great laughs, and even better customer service 💙💛
