Bittersweet is the only way to describe this.

Yesterday was my last class with Julia at Miss Biscuit before the store closes its doors for good.

Three years ago, I walked into Miss Biscuit not knowing just how much joy cookie decorating would bring into my life. It became my happy place—a place to learn, create, laugh, and connect with so many wonderful people.

A huge thank you to and Julia for the advice, encouragement, tips, and incredible knowledge you’ve shared over the years. You’ve helped shape not only my decorating skills but also my love for this craft.

I’ll miss the classes, the creativity, and the community more than words can say.

I was asked to make these custom cookies as a gift from a student to their Korean teacher, and I absolutely loved bringing this idea to life. From the handwritten-style details to the notebook paper design, every cookie was made to feel personal and thoughtful.
