Vegan Walnut Banana Bread.

2 medium sized ripe bananas or over ripe bananas
1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
1/4 cup Plain flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp jaggrey or brown sugar( add more if you like it sweeter)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4teaspoon cinnamon powder – optional
1 to 2 tablespoon walnuts coated in flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 banana for decorations (optional)

Pre heat oven at 175 degrees

Mix oil and sugar in bowl. Whisk to incorporate air. Add vanilla essence.

Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

Fold in walnuts at the end.

Transfer to a lined 6’’ Loaf pan.

Decorate with pieces of banana. You can also add walnut if you want.
