A berry first birthday for little Audrey! 💕

This gorgeous white chocolate mud cake was, of course, filled with fresh strawberries and silky Italian meringue buttercream, making it the perfect centrepiece for a very special celebration.

🍫 Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake
A rich chocolate cake base topped with silky hazelnut cheesecake, finished with toasted hazelnuts and, of course, a Ferrero Rocher.
🍓 Strawberry Shortcake
Layers of light sponge cake, fresh strawberries and whipped cream for a timeless classic.
🍋 Lemon Curd Mousse Tart
A buttery nutty biscuit base topped with velvety lemon curd mousse, finished with a dehydrated lemon slice and a touch of edible gold.

A dessert selection every bit as beautiful as the wedding itself. Congratulations 💛

💜🌸 One of my favourite briefs: "Pink and purple... and do your thing!" 🌸💜

I was given free rein on this cake for a combined Birthday & Baby Sprinkle, with just a colour palette of pinks and purples to work with 💕✨

Inside is layers of chocolate and vanilla mudcake with homemade strawberry filling, all covered in my Italian meringue buttercream in a soft lilac shade. 🍓🎂

Finished off with the most beautiful fresh florals from Daisy Belle Flowers and fresh strawberries for a fun, whimsical look.

I absolutely love how this one came together – bright, pretty and a little bit wild, just how fresh florals should be! 💜🌸
