At The Woodfired Baker we are passionate about the age old art of making traditional breads. We specialise in handcrafted organic sourdough, artisan breads & pastries. The culmination of traditional methods, organic ingredients & baking using a century old woodfired oven produces a wholesome full flavoured bread. All our sourdough breads are authentic. They are chemical & additive free. We use NO

commercial yeast, improvers or ascorbic acid. Our cafe is located @ 194 Whatley Cresent Maylands & we have stalls at several farmers markets around Perth. We supply wholeslae bread & woodfired treats to a variety of other restraunts, cafe's & supermarkets around Perth. The Woodfired Baker’s
