Last night at the Baking Industry Awards WA Gala Night at Pan Pacific Perth, we celebrated a beautiful Japanese-inspired evening and came home with something very special:

A special thank you to Walter for leading and supporting the team, and to Mario — the man behind our award-winning pies — whose passion, skill and dedication helped make this achievement possible. ❤️

Even though Mario couldn’t be with us last night as he’s away on holiday, we’re celebrating this one for you too, Mario! 🥧🏆

And to Aubrey, Ronnie, Joseph and Allira who are behind the scenes every day baking our breads, cakes, pastries and so much more — thank you for the hard work that keeps Jack’s Bakery going.
