Anyone keen for cake? Because I have a few trays up for grabs!
I’ve just wrapped up baking for last night's trivia night and have some cakes available for anyone who needs a little something for the weekend, this week's lunchboxes, the office, visitors or just because you feel like cake.
All baked on 17 October and ready to go. And if you’ve got a morning tea coming up, these are already sliced and ready to serve!

these were updated to dairy-free and lactose-free, made with Nuttelex and soy milk for the trivia night. Honestly, the flavour is surprisingly close to the original! It doesn't have any frosting, but I can add an orange glaze for those who want it.
Pre-sliced into 18 portions.
