A little kitchen experiment this week… 🌶️🧀

I decided to try something a bit different and baked up a habanero chilli & cheese sourdough loaf for my husband to taste test. Safe to say… it was a HIT 🔥

Beautifully tangy sourdough, loaded with melty cheese and a serious kick of heat — this one is definitely not for the faint-hearted 😅

It came out absolutely amazing… crusty on the outside, soft and flavour-packed on the inside.
