Josophan's is the vision of owner and chocolatier Jodie Van Der Velden, with an aim to create extraordinary fine chocolates, without compromise, using the highest quality fresh, natural ingredients, ethically sourced chocolate, and natural flavour infusions without the use of artificial flavours or preservatives. Popular flavours include Lime & Basil, Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Fresh Mint & Orange, Honey and Saffron, and Chilli and Mango. Other fine chocolates have less cream cream content, and have longer shelf life, 3 weeks for some, and longer for others. This can be chosen at checkout when making chocolate selections. Online orders are delivered to Sydney, Central Coast and Wollongong via courier. Orders placed by 3pm, generally will arrive the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday or anytime Friday will be held until Monday to be shipped to avoid being held in hold storage containers over the weekend. It’s that time of year again! Leura Harvest Festival is just around the corner, on Saturday May 2nd. We can’t wait to see and taste the great chocolate cakes. Encourage your favourite chocolate cake baker to enter - the first 5 entries in each category get 500g free Callebaut fair trade chocolate for making their cake. 1.30 pm the cakes will parade up Leura Mall for judging. Prize winners will be announced at 2.30 pm when we will cut the cakes and share with spectators … yum!!

We need a shout out for Anne, who many of you will know as our superstar front of house retail Manager. Anne has been with us over 13 years, and during that time, apart from being amazing instore, Anne has pursued her love of travel and adventure. This week, Anne has successfully made the trek to Everest Base Camp. We’re so very proud of her achievement, a product of her training and commitment to be fit and ready for the trip. Congratulations Anne, you are an inspiration, showing what can be achieved with focus and commitment. We can’t wait to welcome you back in time for Easter!

Our gift hampers can be customised - start with an empty hamper box then choose all the favourites for a hard to buy for recipient! We have lots of different curated hamper options to choose from for a quick gift - caramel, dark or milk chocolate, drinking chocolate, a luxury hamper with lots of variety, but if you really want to give something bespoke to impress, choose your own ingredients to make up the hamper! Choose your own ribbon colour, or a customised note, order online and leave the details in the notes section or call into the store to choose your components and get creative!
