How stunning is this cake. I delivered the cake Friday night and the brides team added the flowers and the topper. It's something I've been doing a lot of lately, collaborating with the florist to make the perfect cake.
And how good are the flavour combos, Bottom tier marble with milk choc ganache. Then red velvet with vanilla buttercream. Then caramel mud with milk choc ganache and on top choc mint mud with milk choc ganache. All covered in vanilla buttercream.

Well here it is guys. Today 1st birthday cake for Charlie. Charlie's mum Amanda won our free cake competition at the start of the year. Top tier is choc mud with milk choc ganache. Cupcakes are choc mud with milk choc ganache, white mud with milk choc ganache, white mud with white choc and raspberry ganache, caramel mud with milk choc ganach and choc/mint mud with milk choc/mint ganache.
