FLOUR UPDATE!!
The flour we use has changed ever so slightly..
We no longer have access to certified organic flour from Wholegrain Milling Co. however they have switched to certified sustainable flour.
The slides share a little about Wholegrain’s philosophy and practices around sustainability. If you’re after more in depth information, please visit their website.

We are still just as dedicated to quality and are very conscious of where we source our ingredients from. As Wholegrain have stated on their website, Sustainability has been a practice of theirs for forty years - long before it became a trend.

We are still actively looking into finding an organic flour supplier to be able to offer both sustainable and organic loaves in the future. We are looking for a supplier that we align with, that is locally grown and can supply us with the quantities we need.

Check out the slides to get some information around what is still organic, what loaves do, and don’t have added folic acid and our plans for the future.

We understand that these current changes may not ideal for everyone’s wants and needs, however it’s what we can currently do.

If we find an organic flour supplier it will still take a while for us to do trials and come up with a product we are happy with.

We truely appreciate all the patience and understanding during these changes.
