We celebrated at home with a couple of friends and family, enjoying a 3-layer ice cream cake made with vanilla, cookies & cream, and salted caramel ice cream
The outside was covered in chocolate wafer corinthians and topped with Elliott’s favourite Carmelo Koalas

WOW… I can’t quite believe it’s been 20 years since you came into the world xxoo ❤️
We celebrated at and it was so lovely having the private dining room for the evening.
The theme was “Death to My Teens” 🖤💀 — guests were asked to dress in black, and the cake design followed the RIP teens vibe perfectly. The karate-kicking “20” figure sending the “19” flying off the cake was definitely the star of the show! Birthday girl requested a Dark Chocolate Mint Mud Cake, and I added Peppermint Crisp through the ganache for extra zing and texture. Such a fun cake to create for a very special milestone birthday. Love you always Charlotte ❤️

I finally got around to making this cool dude. Inspired by a demonstration I watched at last years Cake Decorators Association of Tasmania State Seminar hosted by the lovely ladies of NW Branch. Nicole Everett from Nicole’s Magical Cakes was the guest demonstrator. While watching Nicole I had inspiration to do a reindeer in a puffer jacket and trapper hat. turns out the trapper hat wasn’t his style but a teeny weeny beanie suited him much better 🦌

Congratulations to the Happy couple who celebrated their wedding in January. Boho semi naked Double barrel 7 inch and 9 inch chocolate Nutella mud cake with white chocolate ganache. Pistachio cream drizzle supplied to accompany the cake when served at dessert.

Congratulations and happy 81st Birthday to our Ruby who turned 18 last week. This year’s cake was a new one for me as I class myself more as a decorator than a baker even though my cakes are made and baked by me - Ruby requested a Dubai Chocolate Cake in honour of her love for pistachios and chocolate 😉. The ingredients in the cake are pretty standard, however the pistachio cream centre has some more gourmet ingredients. This is a very rich cake with only small serves required to get the lovely flavour combinations. Topped with Dubai and pistachios cream chocolates and a handmade topper and helium balloon fondant numbers .

Thank you to all the Venue’s we visited on Ruby’s Granny Crawl and for the effort everyone put into their costumes xxoo the photos show in attendance - Four Roses CWA lady - Uncle Arthur - A very dapper old chap - Crochet Granny with her stick -Straight from the 80’s race day fashion on fields Nan, Very hip and cool teen bruh, and hipster grunge teen.
