We're excited to have St Leonards Milk Bar & Family Bakery on board for our Gastronomy Gateway Project!

Students will get an exclusive behind the scenes look at the bakery, learning how delicious products are made from start to finish. They'll also have the opportunity to get hands-on and experience the baking process. 👩‍🍳🍞

🎉 We’re turning 5! 🎂

5 years tomorrow — 7th of May — since we first opened our doors. Early mornings, hot ovens and fresh bread flying out the door… what a ride! 🥖🍩

A lot of hard work and dedication every single day. Huge thank you to our amazing staff, especially our long-standing legends Naomi, Robert, Alison and our son Liam — our star apprentice 👏

And we can’t forget Leigh — the man behind it all. Early mornings, 12-hour days, 6 days a week… your hard work and dedication have truly paid off 💛

And of course… YOU, our amazing customers. We wouldn’t be here without you 🙌
