Dear Queen St Bakery, this afternoon after visiting the Warrigal Lake South Retirement Village I decided to call in and grab a pie and coke before heading back to Sydney.
I was served by Vicky who was so lovely and friendly. We shared some stories about Warilla from many moons ago when I lived in Warilla.
So, I purchased my pie and coke but to my surprise Vicky gave me a couple of Lamington’s to try. What a wonderful gesture.
The purpose then for this message is to thank Vicky and the other staff members who I spoke to for being so nice, kind, and friendly to me.
For the record both the pie and the lamington were delightful.
I look forward to calling in the next time that I am in Warilla and even more regularly if I can relocate to the Retirement Village.
Keep up the great work Queen Street Bakery.
