Hi! I'm a local, home baker from Kurri and love to bake and decorate cakes. I love doing all kinds from classic wedding cakes to fun burger birthday cakes.

I also offer cupcakes and other yummy desserts.

I absolutely love sunflowers (and cakes) so I was super excited about this engagement cake request. I got almost free reign of the design with a couple of personalised aspects and I LOVE how it turned out! I tried something new and made some sunflowers out of wafer paper (I do need some practice and to fiddle around with other flowers more) but the different texture and dimension worked so well for these.

I will be away for Easter weekend, Friday til Monday and the weekend of 18/19th April is booked out. I have spaces available every other weekend :)

Valentines Day might be a day for love but birthdays are still celebrated. This cute little Howdy 25 cake went out last month on the 14th. I think the very fine fondant plait is one of the fiddliest cake decorations I've done in a while!

It might be almost the end of the week but I'm remembering to post! Check out this cute little toothless cake that went out this morning 😍

I've been thinking about doing special valentines orders of choc chip cookie bites in chocolate- like below but packaging will be different and can be made red or pink and individual chocolate brownies in heart shaped cases (I haven't done a trial of these yet). Theyd be ready for pick up the afternoon of the 13th or morning of the 14th. Let me know if you'd be interested and I'll do up some pricing and do more advertising :)

I'm terribly sorry for being MIA on socials over the last year, I have been making cakes in the background still and have a had a little break with welcoming our 3rd baby in September but I'm ready to start taking orders again. I will have limited orders because the little ones don't always cooperate but I'll do my best to make your cake dreams come true. My goal this year is to post more- at least once a week, so for now enjoy a few of my favourites.

I've been terrible at posting (as usual!). It has been a busy couple of months in our house and only going to get busier as the year goes on. I do have a plenty of availability coming up, especially this month however June is starting to fill up so get your orders in as soon as possible. A few days late but what a year 2024 was! Learning to juggle a baby, after school activities, cakes, family time and finding time for myself wasn't always easy but overall it was a good year. I made some of my favourite cakes, definitely some new ones that challenged me! 2025 may be a little different with availabilities since I'm going back to work a few days a week but I'll do my best to fit as many cakes in especially for my return customers :)

I love getting feedback and pictures back from customers just like this one from the shoot of a cake smash. This cute little cake is made from vanilla sponge and a soft buttercream so it's easy to tear apart and makes for great pictures!

I haven't put together a Christmas orders list this year but if you shoot me a message I'm more than happy to organise some Christmas themed cupcakes, cakes or mars bar puddings (that I've done the last 2 years).

To brighten this rainy day and to celebrate the official start of summer tomorrow enjoy this floral baby shower cake and cupcakes I made recently. I love returning customers and not to long ago I made a gender reveal cake and cupcakes for this couple and was so excited when they asked for their baby shower as well. This is the first time I've used pressed flowers on a cake and done most of the piped flowers on the cupcakes. I did come across a little hiccup of my buttercream not being quite stiff enough but I made it work and they loved the result (so did I!)
My December is filling up with both cake orders and Christmas events so please get your orders in as soon as possible!

Sunflowers are my favourite flower, so when I got the inspiration picture for this cake I was very excited. It may not look it but this cake was big enough for 80 people and chocolate mud (probably my most popular flavour).
I've been doing lots of cakes lately so I'll do my best to remember to post them! My weekends are filling up with orders for this month and with Christmas next month (where has this year gone?!) please message me as soon as possible to get your orders in :)
