decided other pies just didn't 'cut it' - pardon the pun! So she decided to change that. Today
although the ovens are now bigger, Lorrie remains very much 'hands on' - a

fter all it's her name on the line! Size Matters! A Lorrie's is big! People love a Lorrie's not only because they taste great, but also because they are value for money! Weighing in at between 230 and 300 grams (depending on the choice of filling), Lorrie's are most definitely leaders in the 'heavy weight' pie stakes! No cracking = more pie where it should be! Lorrie's are made using the latest in baking technology. This combined with Lorrie's unique (and secret) pastry recipe means your pie ends up where is should - your mouth! Instead of all over your lap! That's because there are no splitting or cracking issues EVER! Ah...The range! Including Lorrie's famous pasties and sausage rolls, Lorrie's now offers more than 20 gourmet varieties! From the renowned Steak and Beef pies, through to Lamb & Rosemary, Steak & Potato tipping the scales over 300grams - there really is something to suit every taste.
