A world cake. How many countries and continents have you been to on the map? This is a 6 inch coconut cake filled with couverture white chocolate ganache and finished in blue buttercream. My client loves this combination and tells me that it reminders her of a Rafello chocolate flavour.

Swipe left to add gold leaf to the cake. This cake was for a baby shower. Do you prefer it with or without gold leaf?
This cake was a 6 inch double barrel cake 1 cake flavour was vanilla cake and the other flavour was an almond and praline cake. The cake was filled with couverture dark chocolate ganache with a semi naked finish. The cake@was decorated with scattered gold leaf on the front of the cake and the cake was topped with faux flowers.

A stunning retirement cake for a dedicated teacher after 33 years of service James Cook Boys Technology High School. This was a 7 inch double barrel coconut and lemon cake filled with white chocolate ganache with a semi naked finish. The top of the cake was decorated with native florals and greenery which are well loved by the retiring teacher. All the best with your further endeavours.

This NERF themed cake brings back childhood memories with lots of laughter. This is a 9 inch chocolate mud cake filled with Oreo cookies@and cream ganache. The cake is finished in fondant and decorations on the cake are edible. Who else has fond memories of playing with NERF guns if something similar?

Hi guys,
I hope everyone has been well. Apologies for the radio silence it’s been absolutely flat out so not much time for uploading. Keep an ear and out out as I attempt to begin uploading some amazing creations.
My hubby and daughter are avid Fortnite players and I’m sure many of you can relate. This cake was an 8 inch double barrel chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate buttercream and finished in green coloured buttercream with a black chocolate drip. This gorgeous lady requires no introduction. Made for a very special client of mine who I’ve had the opportunity to make many cakes for her beautiful family. This was a 6 inch red velvet cake filled with dark chocolate ganache and finished in fondant with a hand cut face for the top of the cake.

I’m finally catching up guys only a year behind with posting lol 😂 this is another super special one for me. This cake was for my gorgeous niece Renee’s 18th birthday. I don’t know how you’re 18!! It feel like yesterday that I held you in my arms for the very first time. This was a 8 inch double barrel vanilla and caramel cakes filled with Oreo buttercream with a semi naked finish. Cake was decorated with a pink drip and fake flowers. I also surprised her with 80 cookie favours to hand out to her friends. Cookies decorated with silver leaf to tie in with her cake.

Get your engine’s ready! This is a special cake that I made for my nephew Christian. This was an 8 inch raspberry swirl cake filled with couverture white chocolate ganache and finished in red fondant and black and white chequered base. The cake was topped with one of his favourite Ferrari cars.
