Think toasted croissant loaf with a soft centre, whipped white chocolate ganache that tastes light and sweet, topped with sprinkles.

We did the taste test, & we can confirm, we’re obsessed!

All your favourite goodies are handmade with love right here in our kitchen by our amazing pastry chefs & bakers. Their days start early, like, REALLY early! Each bringing their expertise in different ways to how the kitchen runs & produces all your favourites! Every recipe is exact, every method is followed with intent. It’s not just a job, it’s a passion for creating the most delicious breads, pastries, desserts & cakes.

We appreciate our kitchen fam so much, none of it would be possible without them 🤍 So, when you spot everyone around the one bench in the kitchen (almost; sorry Charlie 😂), a photo was needed 📸
