My name is Reinhard.

I grew up in Austria where I learnt my trade as a Pastry Chef along side my father who was a Master Pastry Chef. I moved to Australia in 1990 and have baked Austrian and German style cakes ever since. I have been supplying coffee shops, restaurants and many celebration cakes to the public directly for the last 25 years. I work alone and therefore can guarantee quality and consistency. I cook my ca

kes and pastries in a traditional way using all fresh ingredients. I also use the highest quality essences imported from France.
