Wow swapping to a primal breakfast has really made a difference to my snacking... I'm just not at all hungry until late lunch and some times I think it's just because I look at my watch.🤪
Today was low carb Seed Loaf smashed avo with a good squeeze of organic lemon and some marinated fetta 😍😍😍 oh and my giant strawberry 🤪
