Sundance Bakehouse is a multi-venue bakery and is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage their busy Jindabyne bakery store.

The successful applicant will need to be able to motivate and manage their team in a busy and at times high pressure workplace, whilst maintaining a strong commitment to delivering positive customer service experiences.

Sundance Bakehouse has built its successful brand and reputation by consistently delivering quality products and service. As Bakery Manager, you will work closely with the owner to ensure this reputation is upheld and enhanced. You will be extremely reliable, with a hard working, ‘can-do’ attitude and ensure the smooth daily operation of the bakery.

Additionally, applicants should have a proven record in hospitality (references required) with at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role/s or relevant experience with:

Managing POS systems
Ensuring the delivery of a high quality product
Cash handling
Maintaining exceptional store cleanliness and hygiene
Rostering staff and successfully managing a team
Providing a high standard of customer service and enhancing customer experience
This position is a full time, permanent position with consistent hours and an immediate start.

To be successful in this role, you must be prepared to get up early, work hard and get your hands dirty. A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude desired.

Sundance Bakehouse is currently looking for reliable, friendly, motivated and professional hospitality staff to join their busy team this winter!

There are a variety of roles on offer, some full-time and some part-time, and flexible hours are always an option! Choose to work at our vibrant Jindabyne bakery, or our fast paced Perisher or Bullocks Flat locations.

Positions available include baristas, cashiers, sandwich hands, and store supervisors. There is also an opening for a talented baker/pastry chef or apprentice, and limited accommodation is available.
