I have been making this Fruit Cake for over 30 years and I have literally made thousands in that time.
I always have fruit soaking all year round so I can bake to order, sometimes that fruit can be soaking for a week, sometimes it is a month but it always produces a fabulous moist fruit cake packed with traditional dried fruit.
This time of the year though it’s a bit of a production line, 3 or 4 batches on the go at all times, the aromas in the kitchen are amazing. Contact me for all orders 0428328881, there will also be some available to purchase at The Local Place Koroit within the next couple of weeks.
