This week is WEDDING CAKE TASTING BOX WEEK. I'll be baking and putting together boxes for pick up this Saturday. If you are in the early stages of wedding cake planning OR near the end of planning but haven't yet got around to cake, consider booking in a tasting box. Each box contains 8 flavours (of your choice) and 3 macarons flavours of my choice 😃You can choose to have a GFree box, a Vegan Box, a Dairy Free Box or a regular box. I'll add the link below so you can order now. Cut off will be Thursday as these boxes are really time consuming to bake and put together and I wont them to be beautful for you.

RIP Don French 25.12.1930 - 18.05.2026 We will be celebrating the life of a beloved Father-in-law, Poppy and Dad Thursday 28th at South Chapel, Woronora 10am. For everyone that has cakes ordered for this weekend it’s all still happening, I have just been terrible at replying to emails and msgs. ❤️

One of the most frequently asked questions is … How long does it take to make a cake? My first answer (in my head) is “how long is a piece of string?” It’s like a puzzle and how many pieces are in the box. Every one is different. It depends on so many factors. The size, the flavour, the colour, the design, the board, the topper, the flowers, the internal structure. The list goes on and on and on. # modernweddingcake
