What a way to finish our 2026 sale season!
We had a brilliant day at Eidsvold yesterday, selling 10/10 bulls and 3/3 heifers and were thrilled to top both the bulls and heifers.
Lot 5 - Tennysonvale Vol (P) topped the bulls at $28,000, selling to the Streeter family, while Lot 68 - Tennysonvale Voof (PP) topped the heifers at $9,000, selling to Alan Robinson of Tiaro Park.
Our 10 bulls averaged $11,800 and our 3 heifers averaged $7,667.
To sell every animal we took to Eidsvold and finish our final sale of the year with a result like this was pretty special. We put a lot into getting these cattle to sale day, so to see them so well supported makes the long days and kilometres worthwhile.
A huge thank you to all the buyers and underbidders who supported our cattle. We genuinely appreciate the confidence you continue to show in the Tennysonvale program and wish all the successful purchasers the very best with their new cattle.
A special thank you to Eidsvold Livestock & Property, the Birch family and all our fellow vendors. We always have a great time at Eidsvold and really appreciate the work and hospitality that goes into making the sale what it is.
That's a wrap on our 2026 sale season. We couldn't have asked for a better way to finish it.
