Today we had our beautiful breakfast range of focaccias, breaky wraps, toasties & so much more.
Then we slid right into loaded hot dogs, volauvents & loaded hot dogs with home made garlic butter 🧈
Unfortunately they didn't last long so looks like we will be doubling the numbers next time 🤔

Safe to say mothers day was done right at Howlong Country Bakery.

Great food, absolutely amazing bread, beautiful people & just to make it that little bit more special one of our staff members Tracey Faulkner, had flower bouquets with foil balloons, to give out to every mum.

Baz also donated some stunning flowers 💐 for our special ladies.

Fulton Cake Co. added their special touch with their beautiful floral cupcakes & bouquets.

Mothers Day was definitely a combined community effort, that was truly moving ❤️

Simon is one of our very talented bakers who has a lot of 'nannas old recipes' up his sleeve aswell as having a real flare for thinking outside the box 📦

Simon & his merry helpers are responsible for most of the amazing sweets & slices that fill our cabinets.

Have you tried his trifles that he makes from scratch including the sponge jam swirls.

While he is an absolute superstar with sweet treats, Simon can bake some of the best bread & pies.

Simon has combined an old time favourite dinner recipe that we all would of or still do have esp during winter.
