Orange Upside-Down Cake - a fresh burst of sweet orange, in a soft and moist orange cake with chocoate ice cream. Chose chocolate ice cream as we love orange chocolate and wanted to balance the sweetness. This is accompanied by an orange sauce with more orange zest.

2 tier cake for a special first birthday, to suit the theme 'Bunny and flowers'. We chose 3 shades of dusty pink for the ruffles, and white pearl finish for the bunny's face, and pearl strands to match it. The cake was finished with rose gold bunny ears, and ofcourse flowers to go with the theme.
