An enormous thank you to everyone who came out and purchased a pie or two. Seeing familiar faces and catching up with my regulars meant more than I can say. I've missed you all and definitely felt the ❤️ today.

Every purchase, kind word, encouragement, and your loyalty make this all possible, and I couldn't do this without you all.

Crusties are making a surprise and final appearance today!

Delicious bits of buttery pie crust topped with a generous helping of raw sugar.

Best eaten as is, crumbled over custard or ice cream, or with some milk in place of your normal weetbix.

There's never a good way to give someone bad news except to be honest and forthright.
So here it goes.. this Sunday, 26th of March, will be my last market. 😬
I have been quite inconsistent with my market attendance lately and much of that was due to the uncertainty of what direction The Pie Doge was heading. I still haven't figured it out yet and some days I still wonder if this was the best decision, but for the most part, it feels right for now.
To my lovely customers who I've gotten to know and have braved the wind, rain, and cold to grab a pie or 10, you will be missed and I will be forever grateful for the support you've shown my itty bitty business. ❤️
I will be making as many Apple pies as I can as a final hurrah, so get in quick.
I will still be baking here and there, so stay tuned.
This is not goodbye, just a see ya later. 👋❤️

Come by and watch pro-eater Randy eat his way through several specially made burgers. There will also be dessert, possibly an Apple pie, because dessert is the most important meal of the the day.

Guess who's coming to town?

This Friday March 3, pro eater Randy Santel will be at The Standard Hobart taking on our new burger challenge for a chance at immortality in the record books and a snazzy Standard Tee.

Event starts at 6pm, come meet Randy and watch him devour everything we throw at him within the one hour limit.
