We are back for Dark M**o Winterfeast 2023!!!

Toast our handmade Marshmallow to your liking over a fire of your choosing 🔥, stack it in between two of our gourmet cookies together with two pieces of fine chocolate to create a molten marshmallow and chocolate sandwich.

We’ll also be serving our decadent Belgian Hot Chocolate made with real melted chocolate. Spike it with a shot of Hobart Whisky to warm up on these chilly winter nights!

Sticky-sweet marshmallows and chocolate toasted to gooey perfection and sandwiched between biscuits for ease of consumption.

Dairy Ice Cream is with Van Diemans Land Creamery and the Vegan Gelato is made by Zen Gelato.

The Taste of Summer is just a week away – and we can’t quite believe it 😅
Almost two years of planning has gone into creating the event with three promises in mind…
1. Give Tasmanians the most Tasmanian event ever with not just Tassie produce but staging, lighting & entertainment crew, site security – everyone! 🎉
2. Make the event as Covid safe as possible. That means a capped visitor number on site, double vaccinations and mask wearing… We’ve got a whole lot of outdoor space and more seating than ever - so you can safely spread out ❤
3. Celebrate and support all the Tasmanian businesses who’ve done it tough in the past few years by showcasing what they do best – wine and food! We can’t wait to bring you the Taste of Summer on December 28!! ☀

Can you believe it, winter feast begins this coming Wednesday!! We are excited to be there and with some new additions this year like Double Chocolate S’mores and add-ons like roasted peanut butter and salted caramel sauce. And very excited to offer fresh from the oven Salted Chocolate Chunk cookies. These are Krumbies originals and are what started us off in the first place! We are in an outside stall this year - no wooden food cart like years past. See you there!

Winterfeast May be cancelled this year but you can still roast some S’mores at home and dig in to some delicious food from and and drinks from and with this take home solstice dinner pack.

We’ve made some special chocolates this year as well as traditional graham crackers ! Made with whole meal spelt, rye and sweetened with leatherwood honey. Enjoy it, of course, with a handmade marshmallow. Toast it over a fire (sticks included), stack it, then smoosh it all together!!
