I love making cakes that not only look amazing but taste better! I have been working in the cake industry for the past 19 years... (OH MY!!) Over the past 4 years I have turned my hand to sugarpasted cake decorating, and LOVE IT!!! Please feel free to drop me a line if you need a quote on a speciality cake. My scrumptious range includes;
red velvet, choc raspb

erry mudcake, marble mudcake, choc mud, white choc mud, (salvating yet????), choc orange mudcake, choc mint mudcake, flourless orange and poppyseed, flourless chocolate. (or by all means put my skills to the test and i will happily create a different flavour for you).

HOW COOL IS THIS….

WorkPro Australia took this KFC Australia bucket cake all the way to Sydney to their test kitchen for a bit of fun! The cake had quite the journey.. it truly was a case of planes, trains and automobiles.

When it got to the test kitchen, it even fooled the Colonel 🤣

This was definitely a labor of love.. growing up my old man was a truck driver.. I spent a lot of weekends up at the depot helping him paint rims on his trailer, wash the truck.. (I hated doing the interior).. and drive his run about cortina up and down the depot..
I never got to create him one of these.. but I know he would have LOVED this bad boy.. so chuffed 🥰🥰🥰
