EVERYONE DESERVES TO EAT DELICIOUS DECENT CAKE! At Gluten free Artisan Cakes - Heyfield we believe that beautiful cake belongs to everyone. We design and develop much loved traditional cakes entirely gluten free. Our ever developing menu is being created to give you a delightful cake experience with your health and well-being at the centre of our baking endeavours. We have in our cake family some

that are gluten free and other that are gluten & dairy free. We bake to order to ensure you receive fresh, delicious cake that will maintain it's integrity whilst it remains in the care of your fridge. HOW TO ORDER

Simply call us or email your order and let us know if you require your cake to be delivered or you can pick your order up from our kitchens. We need at least two days notice to ensure we have fresh ingredients and have the time to take special care of your order. We do need a minimum order of $50.00. A great way to work with us is; if you are not catering for an event and need great gluten free cake, ask us about freezing tips as all of our cake family members can be frozen or make a collective order for you and a friend.

Celebrating the middle of winter with a harvest of for a delicious lemonade cake. These are a hybrid mandarin/lemon and are sweeter and softer than other varieties. A little black pepper in the dry flour mix enhances the lemon flavour. What a beautiful time of year!
