Our gluten free ice cream sandwiches are a hot commodity in January and February and sadly we'll be closed by the time they roll around again.... so here's the question..... do we do GF Ice Cream Sandwiches for a very limited time only (say 2 weeks) in Sept/Oct before we close.

And just like that our last GF Baking demo has sold out. This takes us right up to the end of August where we start the official count down to closing.

Some how its already 4 months away (and no I don't have a specific date yet, I am still waiting on my landlord to confirm some details). But when I know you will know!

For now, thank you to everyone who has past and present booked in for a GF bake workshop and demo. We're going to have a heap of fun.

A little bit of a twist on our Gluten free Black Forest cake πŸ’ Still the same gorgeous layers of chocolate cake soaked in cherry juice, but filled with chocolate buttercream and finished with the sexiest of dark chocolate ganaches.

Topped with maraschino cherries and some sweet candles. This is our 6 inch baby size (only two layers of cake) perfect to feed just a few people πŸ˜‰

We've had whimsical chickens - so now its time for whimsical Mushroom Cakes! This fabulous little design was gluten free chocolate cake with coffee & caramel filling, decorated to be a fabulous little log with edible cake moss and handmade fondant mushrooms.
