we do things differently - live close to nature, use sustainably sourced ingredients, love bush tucker flavoured foods and of course bringing the bush into our presentations.... rain kept us from having tea in the garden so we brought the bush inside - scones and lemon myrtle chicken finger sandwiches for a large group "in the bush"
