Recently around the bakery 🫐🌼
We’re clutching at the last of summer’s goodness - hoping the zucchini galettes and tomato slab will hang around for a few more weeks. The blueberry frangipane tarts are still going strong; we had them at our first market stall so it always feels a little nostalgic when they re-enter our annual rotation.
The cooler weather has us dreaming up our next sandwich, so quick sticks if you’d like to try a salad sanga before it’s gone.
And, of course we’re in the midst of a hot cross bun frenzy. They’re naturally leavened, gently spiced and filled with sultanas, currants, cranberries and candied orange peel. Pre-orders for Easter weekend are at the top of Morgan’s to-do list, so more on that front soon 🐣
