Ricci’s Bikkies began in the heart of Victoria’s Yarra Valley, tucked among boutique wineries and good food. We’ve been baking here since 2003, using locally sourced ingredients and staying true to ethical, sustainable practices. What started small has grown into a much-loved Australian brand, and our Original Pita Crisps remain a staple across Australia today. We’re proud to make everything by hand, from our Garlic, Olive & Parmesan and Olive Oil & Sea Salt Pita Crisps, to our buttery Palmiettes de Croissant. After years of refining our recipes, we’re grateful for the support our products continue to receive. Our promise is always the same: to focus on quality and flavour. Crispy Chilli went OFF today! 🌶️ Thanks to our amazing customers for coming out, having a taste and keeping us busy.

Tomorrow we’re taking a day off markets so Ross can go diving. He’s swapping the market table for the ocean floor. Apparently there are fewer questions about chilli down there. 😂🤿

Ricci’s Bikkies and Nuffin hommus, such a good match. 🤍

My go-to lunch lately: our crunchy Pita Crisps spread with creamy Nuffin hommus, topped with avocado, a little salt, Pep Pepper and a drizzle of Olio extra virgin olive oil from South Australia.

A few delicious things coming together. Getting all my good oils in today! 😂🥑

Try it with our Olive Oil & Sea Salt or Garlic, Olive & Parmesan Pita Crisps, both available in Coles Deli.
