This is the first 2-layer Japanese cheesecake was baked by us, and beautifully decorated by our lovely customer to match her theme 💕

I absolutely love seeing how customers add their own personal touch — from the colours to the cute details, it completely transformed the cake into something unique and meaningful.

Japanese cheesecake is also known as jiggly cheesecake — super soft, light, and delicate. Because of that, making it tall with two layers was honestly quite challenging for me 😅 One small mistake and the cake could collapse.

I was very nervous throughout the whole process, but seeing it come together, rise beautifully, and hold its height was such a relief and a proud moment.

Still learning and improving with every bake, but I’m really happy with how this first attempt turned out. Every cake is a new lesson 💛
