If you’ve been into Harrisdale lately you may have noticed this signage up in the major supermarket.

For us our fresh bread will still be rolling out of our ovens just like every other day.

We’ll be here doing what we do best baking fresh bread in store.

We’ll also be OPEN for the public holiday to make sure you can still grab your fresh loaves, rolls and bakery favourites.

(We’ll be closed Sunday for family day only.)

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums, bonus mums, nannas, grandmothers, carers and mother figures out there today you are loved and appreciated.

As a proud mum of 8, I know motherhood is loud, messy, exhausting, chaotic and yet it is the most rewarding thing in the world. From the cuddles, milestones, sporting weekends, late night chats and endless washing motherhood always brings something special.

Some days feel like survival mode, others feel wonderful, and most are a mix of both. But watching your children grow makes every sacrifice worth it.

Today I’m feeling extra grateful for my kids who made me a mum 21 years ago and continue to teach me every day.

To every mum out there whether your babies are little, grown, beside you or only held in your heart I hope today reminds you just how valued and appreciated you truly are.

Stepped out of the comfort zone and gave some cakes a go for this weekend

They’re not perfect, but pretty happy with the results for a first try. Prices will reflect that while I keep learning and improving over time.

Say hello to our NEW Honey Oat Sourdough 🍯🌾

Made with our signature slow fermented sourdough base, this loaf is drizzled with honey and the wholesome texture of oats. This one’s soft, golden, and seriously hard to stop at just one slice.

Toast it, stack it, smother it in butter… or just tear into it on the way home we won’t judge☺️
