After much thought, we have decided to pause operations as we consider the next chapter for this iconic property and its rich history in regional Victoria.

Blumes holds extraordinary potential and we are open to conversations about its future, including sale or lease.

It's been a hot week in the bakery! We've been tweaking recipes and getting feedback from our Official Taste Tester - Dave!

Only one more sleep until our Celebration of Blumes! A moment to acknowledge the hard work, knowledge and vision that Jodie and Dave have translated into the restoration of Blumes over the past seven years. An incredible achievement by two incredible people.

Come along and enjoy the live music by talented artists Min & The Colin Band as we fill our cabinets and shelves with baked goodies for you to purchase and enjoy!

We've also created some rosewater jam using Jodie's Mum's recipe - using the most fragrant rose petals from the garden - as well as a batch of mulberry jelly from the fruit picked off my tree - limited numbers! Bountiful flavours!

Doors open from 9.30am and with the adjacent space open, bring family and friends and embrace in the celebrations! (please, no byo food or drinks)

See you then at 158 Victoria Road, Harcourt. Just one minute drive off the Calder Freeway.
