Not every batch is a winner… and I thought I’d show you what that actually looks like.

This tray took me about an hour just to open and prep. Then 12 hours in the freeze dryer.

Out of 5 packets of lollies… I ended up with about 3 boxes worth.

The rest? Didn’t puff properly, didn’t dry right, or just didn’t make the cut.

That’s 1 hour of work, 12 hours of electricity, and most of the stock gone.

This is the part you don’t usually see.

Freeze-drying isn’t an exact science. Even when you do everything right, some lollies just don’t behave.

So if you ever see certain products out of stock or missing for a bit… this is why.

Can’t win them all — but when they DO work, they’re worth it 💗
