Love the smell of fresh pastries in the morning? Can whip up a mean flat white and juggle orders like a pro? Then you might just be the all-round legend we’re looking for!

We’re on the hunt for someone who:

🌟 Knows their way around a coffee machine (bonus points if you're barista trained!)
🌟 Has experience thriving in a busy kitchen or café – no rookies here
🌟 Brings passion, energy, and good vibes to every shift
🌟 Can keep cool and work both solo and as part of a fast-paced team
🌟 Is flexible with their schedule – weekends, school holidays & public holidays included
🌟 Has their own transport (we’re not quite on teleportation yet)

Today in store we had a random act of kindness from such a beautiful customer that joined us this morning for a coffee and breakfast with a friend.
Kim blew us away with a beautiful gesture to one of our regular customers and locals Josef.
Josef stopped and talked to Kim and her lovely friend and commented on her blueberry muffin they were enjoying.
Low and behold Kim followed Josef into the cafe and Paid for his coffee and bought him a delicious Blueberry muffin.
Josef was extremely grateful and emotional and went back outside to chat with her.
Lets just say Kim is a lovely local lady and has the most beautiful personality and stories.
Kindness is everything and today our team witnessed the most beautiful gesture to a valued customer and guest of ours! Thankyou Kim for joining us and we look forward to welcoming you back into our cafe again soon 🎅🎄

The Grindelwald Bakery Cafe is a small and busy modern breakfast, lunch and coffee establishment and an extension of the iconic Tamar Valley Resort, located in beautiful Grindelwald 15 minutes from Launceston CBD. Open 7 days to the public and resort guests.
We are searching for some extra superstars to join us.
What we do:
* Coffee
* Sandwich and other lunch items
* Baking of pies and sausage rolls
* Soups
* House made cakes and slices
* Table service and take-away
About you:
* Friendly and trustworthy
* Committed the shifts and the team
* A fast and efficient worker (you don't need to know everything!)
* Available for weekends and public holidays
* Have reliable ongoing transport
* Be full of enthusiasm
* Be available for a range of shifts
*Plenty of hours for the right candidates
