At cake science we bake french style cakes, tarts, cookies, macarons and confectionery to suit your event (birthday, wedding, catering, baby shower, etc). We do offer gluten free, dairy free, nut free and refined sugar free options but we work from a small kitchen where we bake all our products that contain wheat, diary and nuts, so traces can occur.
