MATCHA STRAWBERRY SWIRL!
filled with strawberries (freeze dried) and balanced wirh the aromatic deep flavour of the matcha green tea powder and although i was sceptical the flavour combo is a yummy dance on the tongue. Highly recommend trying this one!

My best loaf yet! I think im finally getting it! Yay me. Full of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. This was the absolute best with smashed avo . Make your mouth moan!

Made 2 loaves used
200g starter
1000 grams bread flour
680 grams spring water
20 grams kosher salt.
Added seeds with my heart approx 150g of

Autolyse flour and water, mix and wait 1 hour
Add starter and mix with hands untill well combined. Wait 30 mins. Add salt and dimple in before 1st set of stretch and fold. Wait 30 mins. Do 2nd stretch and folds adding seeds from here wait 30 mins and do gentle coil folds untill ball is smooth and is holding shape. 3 or 4 times is all it takes. Let bulk ferment on counter for a further 5 hours based on dough temp. Shape and put into seasoned bannetons and in the fridge for 12 hours. Preheat oven to 250c flip dough onto baking paper, score, and place in preheated Dutch oven for 30 mins. Remove lid and lower temp to 200 degrees c for 15 to 20 mins untill its the colour you like. Let cool at least 2 hours before slicing and enjoy!
