A great day 1 for the Apprentice Baker Finalists of Bake Skills Championships 2026. Join us tomorrow for the the final day off competition and the official winner will be announced at 1pm Fine Food Expo

🎉🏆 CONGRATULATIONS SOPHIE! 🏆🎉

What an incredible achievement — Sophie has won the 2026 Bake Skills Championship and been named Apprentice Champion Pastry Chef of the Year! 👩‍🍳🥇

An enormous amount of hard work, practice, dedication and determination has gone into preparing for this competition, and we are so incredibly proud to see it all pay off!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has helped and supported Sophie along the way, and particularly to the sponsors who generously provided products to assist with her training and preparation. Your support has been greatly appreciated and has made a real difference. ❤️

And for everyone who has been following along… you’ll soon get a chance to taste some of Sophie’s competition creations for yourselves! 😍 Over the coming weeks, we’ll be bringing a selection of her Bake Skills products into the bakery for you all to enjoy.
